Every maintained school needs to be able to provide timely information to children, parents and staff while meeting the government criteria on information they must display on their website to comply with the School Information (England) Regulations (2008), as amended by The School Information (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and 2016 and other relevant legislation including the Equality Act 2010: advice for schools and the Children and Families Act 2014.

Academies and free schools need to check their funding agreement to find out what they should publish on their website.

We work closely with schools so they have the right support to ensure that timely updates are made to their websites through support contracts, or we can provide a Content Management System to enable them to make their own updates as and when required.
