Site Support/Maintenance
You may not have the resources available to do your own site maintenance or you may just prefer to purchase on-going support. That's why we offer several options to support and maintain your website. Our support plans cover everything from regular updating of site content to data management.
All support plans include a monthly report on time used and time carried over to the next month.
Starter Maintenance & Support Plan:
- 1 hr per month.
- Includes changes/updates.
- £50 per month or £500 annually.
Enterprise Maintenance & Support Plan:
- 3 hours per month.
- Includes changes/updates/problem solving.
- Daily site monitoring.
- £100 per month or £1000 annually.
Propack Maintenance & Support Plan:
- 6 hours per month.
- Includes changes/updates/data management/problem solving.
- Daily site monitoring.
- Weekly data backups.
- File safekeeping.
- £150 per month or £1500 annually.
Hourly Rates:
Rates without a service plan: £55 per hour (1hr minimum).
Annual service plans must be paid in full.
