What is RSS? RSS is a lightweight XML format (a set of HTML-like tags) designed for sharing headlines and other Web content.

All RSS files must conform to the XML 1.0 specification, as published on the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) website. RSS has evolved into a popular means of sharing content between sites.

Visit CaRP ( Caching RSS Parser ) and FeedBurner for more information on how to set up your own RSS feed, incorporate other RSS feeds into your own website and send out your RSS feed to others on the Web. Search engines love fresh content.

By using RSS you can add new content to your web site on a daily basis and encourage the search engines to keep coming back!
