People face2face are a company that specialises in developing the right attitudes and behaviours of people to meet business objectives. An Approved Centre with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) offering Development Awards for staff, Endorsed Programmes for Disciplinary and Grievance issues, and Qualifications in Coaching. We are an Approved CIPD centre offering Foundation level qualifications in Human Resources and Learning and Development. Our qualification courses use an on line e Portfolio assement tool.
